I just moved to Bernal Heights in SF and I love my neighborhood! I especially love all the small stores powered by unique hard-working small business owners. Today I pinned up I love you too posters at three of my favorite stores including 4Star Video store... a funky and fabulous movie store that you actually have to go into to get your movie. It's old school and I love it. I love the people who work there, I love the owners, and I love how close it is to my house. Thank you everyone at 4Star for hanging in there at a time when independently-owned video stores are very rare. I hope you find this and feel a little love. I love you, 4Star Video.

ReplyDeleteLiving in Bernal for over 8 years now and can honestly say that I have loved it from the first! Cortland has been my village in the big city and I cannot say enough about the super awesome people who own and work at many of the establishments - Succulence and Bernal Yoga being two of my favorites. What I love in this post is the I Love You poster that got pinned up. What a remarkable idea. Wish I had thought of it but now I must steal it!!!
